PRIM AD is a company with a 15-year history which has always offered high quality machinery and equipment for the canning, oils extraction and foods production industry to the national and international markets. It was registered in 1991 in Haskovo, Bulgaria as a successor of the former Technological Institute for Chemical Machine-Building. Today it is a joint stock company with 100% private capital. The shareholders are 35 physical persons, who own 66% of the capital and Sigurnost Holding with a share of 34%.

The company mission is to establish itself as a leading manufacturer of machines for specific foods, oil-extraction and the canning industry, guaranteeing the high quality of the manufactured machines.
